A lifelong dream come true.
As long as I can remember, I have loved to cook! I would make menus for my family and friends as a child and prepare them “pasketti and meatballs”. I worked as a nanny in my 20’s and often prepared dinners for the families I worked for. After my most recent family moved away in August 2022, I decided to focus primarily on school and sharing my love for food and cooking.
I am an athlete and take nutrition seriously. Every meal I prepare for my clients has a protein, vegetables, and a healthy source of carbs. I keep each week’s menu different and diverse while highlighting seasonal produce. I love to incorporate Asian and Mediterranean flavors in my cooking. I have experience cooking pescatarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, paleo, whole30, and more.
